204 — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 204 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and platform 204 ("Platform" or "us"). This document applies to all users who access, register for, or use any services available at https://204.run.
By proceeding with registration, logging in, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
Platform 204 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to ensure continued compliance.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use Platform 204.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their details whenever changes occur.
- The account name must match the actual name of the owner of the bank account or digital wallet used for financial transactions.
Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account, whether authorised or not.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party. Platform 204 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately by email at: [email protected].
- Platform 204 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
All Platform 204 users are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times:
- Using the Platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or unlawful activity.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the Platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Disrupting or compromising the security, integrity, or usability of the Platform.
- Distributing content containing malware, spam, or misleading information to other users.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or territory of residence.
- Platform 204 makes no representation that its services are lawful for use in all jurisdictions.
- Users accessing the Platform from outside Malaysia assume full responsibility for compliance with their local laws and regulations.
Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on Platform 204 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following applies to all financial dealings by users:
Deposits can be made via the methods listed on the Platform, including FPX and approved digital wallets. All successful deposits are credited to the user's account immediately, subject to system verification. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with Platform 204's internal review procedures. The recipient account name must match the registered account name. The Platform reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity while an investigation is underway.
Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or in breach of Platform terms will be investigated. 204 Platform reserves the right to freeze funds, suspend, or close any accounts involved until the investigation is concluded. The Platform's decision in such matters is final.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Limitation of Liability
Platform 204 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or system errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and text on Platform 204 are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Platform 204.
Third-Party Links
Where the Platform contains links to third-party websites or services, such links are provided for convenience only. Platform 204 does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension Policy & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Platform 204 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has breached any provision of these Terms.
- There is suspicion of or evidence of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or Platform abuse.
- The user provided false or misleading registration information.
- The account is found to be operated by an individual under 18 years of age.
- Upon instruction from relevant authorities or as required by legal compliance obligations.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Platform 204 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance in the account, depending on the nature of the violation. Users who wish to appeal may contact our support team at [email protected].
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the mechanisms prescribed under Malaysian court jurisdiction. The official languages of these Terms are Bahasa Melayu and English — in the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
